New Year Party does not collect any personal information. The app does not require user accounts, registration, or any form of personal identification.

The application stores preferences locally on your device, including:

• Secret Santa game settings and participant lists
• Wish Board entries and resolutions
• Shopping list items
• Sound and vibration preferences
• Language selection
• App settings and customizations

This data never leaves your device and cannot be accessed by us or any third parties.

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Audio — Required to play party sounds, music, and sound effects
• Storage — To save your Secret Santa games, wish lists, shopping lists, and preferences locally on your device
• Vibration — Used for haptic feedback during interactions and games
• Accelerometer — Used for the Drink Simulator tilt-to-pour feature

All permissions are used solely for app functionality. No data from these permissions is collected or transmitted.

New Year Party does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services. The app functions completely independently without external dependencies.

This application is suitable for users of all ages. Since we don't collect any personal information, there are no special provisions required for users under 13 years of age (COPPA) or under 16 years of age (GDPR).

As all data is stored locally on your device and we maintain no servers or databases, there is no risk of data breaches from our end. Your preferences are as secure as your device itself.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the app's update notes with a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
